Being a medical student one must cope depression, stress, anxiety
and drawbacks.ππππππ¨π°
And still you have to complete the semester, projects, daily studies, giving up sleepπͺππ΄ and most importantly meet your parents expectations.
Thus, you need to reload yourself.π
SO here are some ways:π

You can make a choice but cannot run from the choice you have made
✒ First of you need to find your hobby and when I say that, I do NOT mean to scroll over your ig or fbπ , I mean singing, dancing, writing, sports, etc.π
This will refresh your mind by diverting it towards something you love.πͺ
✒ Next you can do is talk to someone you can relay on, whether its your mother or a good friend.ππ¬
✒The last tip is something which never fails. i.e. ask why you have to do this? The reason that you have came so for will surely motivate you.
Just giving up shouldn't be an option for you.π€
